Emergency Services Rates

For work that needs doing quickly (in one or two hours) and often the same day.

Examples are: fixing/isolating a leak or replacing a tap.

We do not currently cover gas-fired appliances.

We will require an upfront payment for the first hour by credit or debit card or by bank transfer.​

We may need to charge for: Parts and materials used at cost and the time involved to collect them (but we will do this as quickly as we can) from our nearest trusted supplier.

 

For most emergency work, we cover all London postcodes (SW, SE, E, W, WC, EC, N, NW).

 

 

Scheduled Services

 

This is project work - typically less urgent and will take longer than a few hours. Contracted or Project work is scheduled for an agreed time to suit you.

 

Examples of scheduled work:

• tiling a floor or wall

• fitting or renovating a bathroom

• installing a new toilet or shower unit

• installation of a water filter

 

For all scheduled work, we'll give you an honest estimate of both time and cost. This is usually free of charge for most jobs.

 

For most scheduled services, we cover all of Greater London (London Boroughs).
